Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a meeting with Tajik President Emomali Rahmon on May 16, moved his legs maniacally and looked weak.

It is noted that on the recordings made from the meeting, one can see how Putin randomly moved first his left foot, and then his right. At the same time, with one hand, he firmly held the armrest of the chair on which he sat.

The media also adds that Putin’s face looks swollen, which may indicate that he is taking steroids, which has been repeatedly written about before.
